Procurement Strategy 2025-28 Launched
We are proud to share the Procurement Strategy for 2025-28.
Our Procurement Vision is to deliver a compliant, effective and efficient procurement service, embracing collaboration and innovation to enable outstanding patient care.
The strategy outlines the direction we’re taking to modernise and strengthen procurement across County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Synchronicity Care Limited, in line with Government Legislation, NHS national priorities and the Trust’s long-term goals.
It focuses principally on our aims and objectives in relation to how we build on our current success, and strengthen and improve our delivery of an effective Procurement Service to CDDFT and SCL over the next three years.
With 8 strategic aims with 5 objectives delivered through 5 key enablers we are committed to delivering quality and value for money to be more efficient, accountable and sustainable enabling us to reinvest savings back into frontline services and patient care.
