National Healthcare Estates and Facilities Day 2026
Celebrating the Unsung Heroes Behind the Scenes: Estates, Facilities, and Procurement Services – 24/7, 365
On 17th June 2026, Synchronicity Care Limited proudly celebrated National Healthcare Estates and Facilities Day, providing an opportunity to recognise and thank our dedicated Estates, Facilities, and Procurement colleagues across our hospital and community sites.
As part of the celebrations, we were delighted to present several team members with certificates in recognition of 40 years of service an incredible achievement that reflects their commitment, dedication, and contribution over four decades.
The day also included a range of activities for colleagues to enjoy, including a free raffle and the opportunity to take part in a fun quiz, bringing teams together to celebrate and recognise their valuable contributions.
We were also delighted to surprise three members of Team SCL with Employer of the Month Awards: Jude Eto and Millie Lonergan from Domestic Services, and Anne Morson, Sterile Services Manager. Their actions exemplify the values we strive to uphold every day, teamwork, commitment and going above and beyond when it matters most.

Through their dedication, professionalism, and positive approach, they have made a significant difference to both colleagues and the services we provide. We are proud to recognise and thank them for their outstanding contributions and for the example they set for others across the organisation.
From maintaining our buildings and critical infrastructure to ensuring our hospitals remain clean, safe, and secure, our Estates, Facilities and Procurement teams make an invaluable contribution to the smooth running of our services. While much of their work takes place behind the scenes, their dedication helps create the best possible environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues every day.
On behalf of the Synchronicity Care Limited Board and Senior Leadership Team, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our Estates, Facilities and Procurement colleagues for your dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment. Your hard work and expertise are fundamental to the safe and effective delivery of services across our hospital and community sites. The contribution you make every day helps create an environment where outstanding patient care can thrive, and we are truly grateful for everything you do.
