ISO9001:2015 Surveillance Audit

Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) has once again held a successful ISO 9001:2015 SGS Surveillance Audit

This is an important achievement and reflects our continued commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and continually improving services that support patient care across County Durham and Darlington.

The audit covered the full scope of our operations, including the provision of Estates and Facilities services, clinical equipment maintenance, management, and decontamination, together with our hotel services, including catering, domestic services, linen, portering, security, switchboard, transport, and car parking.

Achieving and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation is far more than a compliance exercise. It provides independent assurance that our quality management systems are effective, robust, and focused on continuous improvement, ensuring we consistently deliver services that meet the needs of our patients, colleagues, and partners.

This success belongs to every member of Team SCL. Every day, more than 600 dedicated colleagues work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our hospitals and community services remain safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming. Their professionalism, commitment, and pride in what they do make achievements like this possible.
