How we are governed
The board of directors sets and directs the implementation of our strategy.
We are accountable to our shareholder, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.
We are aligned to CDDFT’s Vision and Mission.
Our Values are aligned to the Trust Group Values.
At the same time, as we continued to serve external customers, explore new markets, and develop our services, we want our non-NHS customers to know that we value their business.
Delivering the same high standards of service to all our customers remains at the heart of our Purpose.
Purpose
The Company’s purpose is “to provide high quality, efficient, and professional estates, facilities, and procurement services that support CDDFT’s mission to prpovide safe, compassionate and joined-up care.”
